How To Pay

Bank Transfer

Make any bank transfers payable to the Bank Details which will be provided on Orange Tree Courses’ acceptance letter/email (this will be sent upon receipt of your application). All fees must be paid in GBP, any additional charges will be passed on to the customer.


You may enclose a cheque with your application form. Please make cheques payable to ‘Orange Tree Courses Ltd.’


You may pay by cash, credit/debit card or cheque if you are in the UK.

All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment of Fees

When securing a place on our course, an admissions procedure form and an application form must be completed and submitted to Orange Tree Courses Ltd or a recognised agent/partner. Following receipt of an admissions procedure form and application form, an acceptance letter will be sent to you which will confirm availability on the course with the payment instructions and the terms and conditions.

Places are awarded on a first come first served basis. To secure a place, a deposit which equates to 50% of the course price is required.

All fees must be paid in GBP and must be received, in full, at least 8 weeks before the start of the course.

Fees are not transferable to other students.

Orange Tree Course Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend a course.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to Orange Tree Course Ltd; refunds may be given upon receipt of the written cancellation (any registration fees applied are non-refundable). The refund criteria are based on the period of notice prior to the commencement of the course, as follows:

All refunds will be paid directly to the account that payment was made, refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving written cancellation of the course.
