How to Apply

Step 1

Complete our International Application Form found here: www.orangetreecourses.com and email it to us: registration@orangetreecourses.comorangetreecourses.com

Step 2

All students are required to submit a copy of their passport and all visa information they obtained in the past. Please email these to: registration@orangetreecourses.comorangetreecourses.com

Step 3

On receipt of these documents, we will provisionally reserve a place on your requested Orange Tree Courses programme until we receive your full deposit payment (payable by bank transfer).

Step 4

Once we have received your full deposit payment, we will secure your reserved place on Orange Tree Courses programme.

Step 5

When we have secured your reserved place, we will email the following documents- if applicable- to help you with visa applications:

– Orange Tree Courses confirmation letter and receipt of payment
– Course dates and fees
– Details of course itinerary
– Airport pick-up information if applicable

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

– Students begin lessons on a Monday and should arrive on Sunday afternoon.
– On departure, students must vacate their rooms by 10am Sunday morning.
– When booking flights, please check with your airline what documents are required if your child is classified as an ‘unaccompanied minor’. This usually applies to travellers 17 years old and under.
– For students 17 years old and under, an Orange Tree Courses staff member will meet them in the airport arrivals hall and on departure will accompany them to the departures hall entrance.
– For arrivals times other than Sunday afternoon, please make arrangements with our Admissions Office. An additional fee for individual airport transfers will be applicable.

FEES PACKAGE INCLUDES

– Full board (3 daily meals) and lodging in the school accommodation
– Accommodation is in a large room with 4 other students of various nationalities (usually)
– Indoor and outdoor sports activities
– Evening entertainment
– Full day excursions on both Wednesdays and on the first Saturday
– 24-hour security surveillance with a high level security system, one of Wycombe Abbey School’s differentiating features. It includes CCTV surveillance around the school grounds and gated entrances, and security guards on patrol
– Study materials

Note: Fees are based on Sunday arrival sand Sunday departures.

FUTURE LEADERS’ SUMMER CAMP INCLUDES:

– 2 chosen activities from the following: Arts and Crafts, Entrepreneurship, Etiquette and Science Lab.
– 2 chosen sport activities from the following: Football, RockClimbing, Swimming and Tennis.

UNILEADERS’ SUMMER CAMP INCLUDES:

– 2 chosen sport activities from the following: Boot Camp, Football, Gym, Rock Climbing, Swimming and Tennis.
