During the dance class students are thoroughly warmed-up for safe dance practice with an aerobic type warm-up. Students then learn routines and build a repertoire in order to present their performance to their peers.

We are able to offer this unique experience at Orange Tree Courses. Climbing is a great way to get and stay fit, and people of all ages enjoy it. Students are supervised at all times while on the climbing wall.
Our large astro turf pitch is a great playing surface for small side games and ideal for training sessions. Students can experience football training to improve their level of play in England where it all started.
